Special Order Page
Initiating a Special Order
1. Use the Query Page, or telephone your request to Spirit Guide at 510-247-3316 (toll free: 800-460-1012) to ask about the availability of and special pricing for specific instruments. You may ask about:
a. The availability of any Amati-Cerveny instrument you find at their website.
b. Specials or "blemished" instruments from Mid-East Manufacturing (these are often available at substantially reduced prices from those listed at their retail site or in this store).
c. Hardshell cases for stringed folk instruments.
Please give your ZIP code (or postal code, if not in the US).
You may ask about any number of instruments (or cases) you are considering.
2. The information you requested will be sent via email. The price quoted in the answer to your query will include shipping to the ZIP code you indicated in your query. The response will also indicate a Special Order Number for each instrument you asked about. Please take your time in deciding which option you want (unless there is a time limit on the availability of specials).
The Special Order Procedure
1. When you have decided what you want, fill out this form completely, and click on "Submit".
2. Within 24 hours of receipt of your order, a "Request for Payment" will be sent to your email address via PayPal.
3. Your order will be placed within 24 hours of receipt of your payment.
4. You will receive the same email notifications used for items purchased via the Shopping Cart (order placement, shipping and tracking information, additional questions or information).
